37.5 hours per week | 4 on - 4 off | 07:00 to 19:00 | Office-based | Hayes, London

You will play a significant role in overseeing the end-to-end process of our Aerospace air freight export operations at our London Office in Hayes.

Your role as an Air Freight Export Agent:

  • Prepare and process all necessary Export documentation including air waybills, export declarations, customs paperwork, packing lists and invoices
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs clearance requirements
  • Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods, while tracking shipments and providing regular status updates to customers
  • Act as the primary contact for customers regarding export shipments, advising on shipping options and export regulations as well as addressing any issues
  • Prepare quotes, invoices and billing for customers
  • Aerospace shipments require specialised packaging, strict regulatory compliance, technical documentation and enhanced security and coordination


About you - you will have:

  • Previous Air Freight experience, particularly within export operations
  • Good understanding and experience of Aerospace shipping operations or AOG shipping procedures
  • A high attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and efficiently manage workload
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment with excellent customer relations skills
