DHL Global Forwarding UK are looking for a Customs Manager to lead their customs team based in Hayes. This is a remarkable opportunity to join one of the world’s largest freight forwarding companies with an exceptional reputation globally.

Your role as a Customs Manager
Reporting to the Head of Customs, you will lead, manage and develop a team with a strong focus on excellence and adherence to AEO standards maintaining excellent working relationships and keeping abreast of all changes and legislation.
There are three key areas to being a successful Customs Manager:
Customer Focused: Being main point of any customer needs and requirements, handling any serious customer complaints and promoting our service
People Management: Leading the team by example and providing exceptional people management skills, including, 121s, performance reviews etc
Commercially Orientated: Overseeing financial and operational performance, ensuring invoicing is completed on time and providing weekly/monthly reporting to support internal and customer requirements
