Customer Support Advisor - Gateshead



We currently have opportunities to join our customer support team based at our Customer Experience Centre (CEC) in Gateshead. The CEC day shift operate between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week and we offer Full-time contracts at 40 hours per week with part time options also available.

What will you do? 

Our close-knit customer service team are a key part of our business offering support and know-how to clients and colleagues alike. We combine having fun at work with delivering a great customer experience.

Working from the Customer Experience Centre (CEC), our friendly customer support specialists are there when our customers vehicles are in need; whether they require roadside assistance, an on site repair or have a service query for their vehicles Our friendly customer support team are on hand via telephone and email to support them and keep their vehicles moving.

As part of Tructyre’s CEC team you can expect to: 

·        Be the key point of contact when our customers need us most. Provide expert knowledge and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

·        Effectively question customers to identify their needs and match them with the best solution.

·        Own customer issues to get their vehicles moving again; Making the right decision at the right time for their fleets.
