DHL Global Forwarding UK are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their busy Imports Team (E-commerce) in Felixstowe. This is a Full Time, Monday to Friday position, working 9am to 5:30pm.
Our Imports Team (E-commerce) play a crucial role in effectively coordinating high volume shipments from arrival at port to warehouses across the UK, whilst successfully working to meet customer SLAs. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will successfully oversee the logistical operation following complex procedures whilst proactively resolving any issues as and when they arise. You will also update the customer on a regular basis, taking full accountability and providing immediate solutions. This role will be based within a growing fast-paced team where efficiency and compliance are at the upmost importance.
