Join a well-respected construction equipment distributor known for quality, innovation, and investing in its people. This is a hands-on workshop role with real variety from servicing to full machine rebuilds.

What You’ll Do:

• Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of heavy plant equipment

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using modern diagnostic tools

• Complete rebuilds, warranty work, and routine inspections to high standards

• Accurately process job cards, parts requisitions, and service documentation

• Work alongside a supportive team, sharing expertise and problem-solving

What You’ll Need:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plant, Agricultural, HGV, or Mechanical Engineering

• Strong experience with diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and diagnostics

• Familiarity with OEM diagnostic software

• Your own tools (essential)

• Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK

• Welding and fabrication skills are a plus
