Using your strong customer service experience, your ability to keep calm under pressure, your focus on solutions and problem-solving attributes you would thrive in the Parts Orders Call Handler position.

Drawing on your parts, service or mechanical knowledge you will supporting the Parts Sales Manager with taking inbound calls for parts pricing, availability and parts orders and processing these with a high attention to detail and in a timely manner.
