SMTGB have a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Orders Call Handler to join our busy team in our centralised Parts Operations function at Duxford Head Office.

Reporting into the Parts Sales Supervisor you will be taking inbound calls for parts pricing, availability and parts orders and processing these with a high attention to detail and in a timely manner to ensure a first-class customer experience is provided.

This role requires someone with strong customer service experience, has the ability to keep calm under pressure and ideally experience of working within a parts, service or mechanical knowledge background and we would also like to hear from you if you have/are the following:

  • strong communication skills and the ability to converse at all levels of internal and external customers
  • the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • the ability to prioritise and coordinate activities in a timely manner
  • self-motivated, structured and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
  • problem solving attributes and you are solution focused
  • DMS/ERP systems experience
