SMTGB have a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Orders Call Handler to join our busy team in our centralised Parts Operations function at Duxford Head Office.

Reporting into the Parts Sales Supervisor you will be taking inbound calls for parts pricing, availability and parts orders and processing these with a high attention to detail and in a timely manner to ensure a first-class customer experience is provided.
This role requires someone with strong customer service experience, has the ability to keep calm under pressure and ideally experience of working within a parts, service or mechanical knowledge background and we would also like to hear from you if you have/are the following:
