The IT support team here at SMTGB Duxford is expanding and we are looking for someone who has experience of providing first tier resolution support within a commercial and operational environment. In this role you will get the opportunity to work with a variety of colleagues who need your help using our business applications – from our engineers out and about in the field supporting our customers to our sales teams working hard to bring in new business opportunities.

A background in support and problem resolution is essential. Our core business applications include MS AX, MS CRM, Expertlogix (CPQ), Link2 (our engineer solution for field mobility and service planning) – it would be great if you had experience in these but more important is the experience of supporting business users across multiple platforms. The ability to be able to communicate effectively to people with different levels of understanding and knowledge of the systems our business uses is also key.     


You will also get the opportunity to work on new projects and currently the team are working on the implementation of a customer platform which you will also get involved with.
