You will be part of our retail operations team based at our Customer Experience Centre in Dunstable, working 8:00am – 5:00pm, 5 days out of 7 With a salary of £22,300 per annum.
You will be joining a team of 8-10 who enjoy celebrating events across the year, with current plans to celebrate Pancake Day, Easter and even the Queens Jubilee, meaning you’ll never experience a dull moment.
Your role might be demanding at times, it’s not easy coordinating between our internal teams and customers, but we will reward you with 25 days annual leave to ensure you’re well rested.
What will you be doing?
You will be the main point of contact for some of our large national accounts, including many household names such as supermarkets, high street shops and leisure facilities. You will use your coordination skills to ensure our transport teams are meeting agreed customer SLAs for our cash collection service, rerouting, if the collection isn’t made and communicating directly to the customer to inform them.
You will be resilient, resolving any issues that arise and updating the internal CRM system (Sales Force). You’ll be communicating mostly by email, however, will use the phone to directly answer inbound customer calls and resolve more urgent matters.
What experience do you need?
Previous experience in an account management or customer service office environment* will be required in this role, however you will be given one to one training on our internal systems and processes.
