How You Can Play Your Part:


At Martin-Baker, our ejector seats protect aircrew worldwide. As a Cell Operative in our impressive Machine Shop, you’ll play a vital role in manufacturing the high-quality components that make this possible.


You will be:


  • Setting and operating manual and CNC machines to produce components to exacting technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Inspecting parts using conventional measuring techniques to ensure compliance with strict quality procedures.
  • Performing basic maintenance on machines and tools in line with TPM programmes and manuals.
  • Completing deburring operations to the required standard within machine cycles.


About You:


  • Machine shop experience with the ability to work confidently to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Skilled in operating/programming CNC machines, tool setting, milling, turning, and deburring.
  • Experience inspecting components against defined quality standards and procedures.
