If you’re confident diagnosing and repairing excavators, dumpers, and loaders — with strong skills in hydraulics, electrics, and diesel engines — this role could be your next career step.

What You’ll Do:

• Service and repair heavy construction plant on-site

• Diagnose faults in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems

• Complete accurate service reports and parts orders

• Cover Coventry, South Birmingham, and nearby areas

• Work independently with full backing from the Brownhills depot team

What You’ll Need:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plant, HGV, Agricultural, or Mechanical Engineering

• Proven experience with heavy plant maintenance and repairs

• Strong hydraulic, diesel engine, and fault-finding expertise

• Own toolkit, full UK driving licence, and right to work in the UK
