Its an exciting time to be working for ResourceBank, a Recruitment and HR solutions company as the business continues to develop and grow through a range of new projects and client partnerships.  To support this growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to provide an unrivalled recruitment service to our exciting new client based near St Austell.  

The role requires you to be based on site at the client's premises, supported by a dedicated ResourceBank Head Office team, where  you will become a trusted partner to our client, with responsibility for recruiting a range of roles across their manufacturing plant and head office functions. Quality of service is paramount in this role and you will need the ability to quickly forge working relationships with senior stakeholders. 

Being on site means that you will become an extension of our client's HR team, offering innovative solutions to recruitment challenges, through your expert knowledge of sourcing and engaging with the best talent in the market place, all whilst promoting their EVP. 

You will ideally be familiar with using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the recruitment process and produce active talent pipelines, ensuring SLA's are achieved and an outstanding candidate experience is had.   

The working arrangement will be hybrid, which will be 3 days a week on site, however during the initial training period you would be required to be based on site full time.
