Workshop Engineer – Bruntingthorpe | Full-Time | 38.5 Hours Per Week

As part of the Used Equipment Team, you’ll be at the heart of transforming machines and driving peak performance. Your role will include: 

• Stripping machines and rebuilding engines and transmissions.  
• Component overhauls and proactive maintenance.  
• Repairing, servicing, and inspecting equipment to the highest standards.  

What You’ll Master

• Be the expert on diagnosing, repairing, and enhancing Volvo construction equipment tackling mechanical, electrical, and software challenges.  
• Use cutting-edge technology to boost machine performance with advanced software installations.  
• Develop a deep understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electronics, putting your technical expertise to the test.  
• Thrive in a close-knit, safety-focused team committed to excellence.  

What You’ll Bring to the Team 

• An NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance, Land-Based Engineering, or HGV Mechanics.  
• Proven experience in heavy plant machinery, particularly with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and transmissions.  
• Welding and fabrication skills? Even better!
