The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll cover the Aberdeen, Stonehaven, and Ellon areas, reporting to the Stirling depot. You'll work independently on-site while enjoying full support from a knowledgeable and responsive team.

What you’ll be doing:

•    Diagnose, service, and repair heavy plant and construction machinery

•    Use advanced diagnostics to resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues

•    Deliver efficient, high-quality service to minimise downtime

•    Spot and recommend further work or upgrades to clients

•    Accurately complete job reports and timesheets on the go

•    Maintain your van and manage parts like a pro

•    Support and share expertise with teammates as needed

What You’ll Bring

•    NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Plant, HGV, or Agricultural Mechanics

•    Solid hands-on experience with heavy construction equipment

•    Strong diagnostics across engines, hydraulics, transmissions & electrics

•    IT savvy – for diagnostics and reporting

•    Full UK driving licence, your own tools & right to work in the UK
