We are currently looking to recruit four new Customer Support Advisors for our Call Centre in Aston. 


We are looking to offer a Full-Time Contract. The available shift patterns are:

    • 37.5 hours rota Monday - Sunday 07:00 - 15:30
    • 37.5 hours rota Monday - Sunday 06:00 - 15:30



Salary - £19,010 full time/ per annum


This team is responsible for receiving inbound calls from existing ATS customers, booking and despatching a Mobile Technician to their location. 


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls
  • Asking questions in order to capture customer information during the call
  • Checking the information on the internal IT system, matches that of the customer
  • Ensuring we quote the correct timescales in line with their account agreement/SLA
  • Liaising internally with the despatch team


To be appointed into one of the roles, you must have experience of managing customer expectations and demands and be able to work within agreed service levels and to defined key performance indicators. The successful candidates will have good IT skills, excellent communication skills, be all round team players and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
