Customer Service Coordinator – Wrexham


IMC Limited, manufacturer of commercial catering solutions supplied worldwide, is currently recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator to join the customer services team at our site in Wrexham.


Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will be the primary administration contact for Key Accounts for both internal and external customers. Additionally, you will generate customer quotes, process orders, deal with enquiries, organise the supply of spare parts and keep customers updated with regards to their deliveries.


We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel and Outlook) along with CRM and MRP and Production Scheduling experience. A technical background would be advantageous, as would additional language skills. Ability to multi task under pressure is a pre-requisite.
