Brammer UK is recruiting a Customer Services Administrator in Wolverhampton on a six month FTC to provide support to the Branch network and other functions within Brammer and Buck & Hickman.
With 46 branches throughout the UK, this is a varied and busy role. You will be responsible for dealing with branch complaints and enquiries and producing daily/weekly reports for a number of departments within the business. Your role will also involve investigating overdue stock and invoice queries.
If you have excellent communication skills and experience of handling customer queries and complaints, coupled with excellent knowledge of MS Office, we would like to hear from you.
