Our Recruitment Co-ordinators provide the foundation to the success of our service. You will be a proactive and highly organised professional whose key responsibility will be to provide support to our Recruitment Business Partners and the wider ResourceBank Team.
The key purpose of this role is to support the internal recruitment team by delivering a full range of administrative support across each stage of the recruitment process, whilst providing an excellent service to our clients. You may be required to assist with telephone interviews / screening for some roles.
We are looking for a highly organised person with exceptional planning and communication skills. You will have experience of working in an administrative role with individual responsibility for tasks or projects and with the capability to work on multiple tasks with high attention to detail. You will be self-motivated and have the initiative and flexibility to meet the demands of this fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Due to the reporting element of this position, it is also essential that you have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and are confident in the use of databases.
