As a Recruitment Business Partner at ResourceBank, you will offer support to the Account Manager in driving forward the client relationship by having a regular presence on client sites and supporting the ongoing development of service delivery excellence. You will play a key role in coaching and supporting the wider team and inspiring them with your creative, forward thinking recruitment skills and techniques.

There will be a requirement to travel as part of this role and to work additional hours as may be required, therefore a flexible approach is necessary.
