Leading and motivating our close-knit team of 30 + administrators plays a pivotal part to the success of our high-pressured retail operation. We’re looking for someone with great communication, organisation & management skills to drive and motivate the team to deliver best practice. You will have high standards of compliance and the ability to provide expert administration and systems knowledge to ensure we provide our customers with the world class service and care we pride ourselves on.
As an Area Administration Manager you will play a key part in influencing managers across multiple areas of the business and will train develop and metor your administration team to deliver a profession service to both customers and internal stakeholders.
