Due to the continued growth and development of our iconic furniture brand we are recruiting for a Store manager for a brand new store opening in Rugby this year.
As a Store Manager you will be focused on driving sales in your store by leading, motivating and inspiring from the front and coaching and developing your team to achieve their KPIs.
This is a shop-floor based Store Manager role where you will be expected to drive sales in your store therefore you will need to demonstrate success in a one-to-one selling environment with a high level of customer engagement and after care.
People management and performance management experience is essential as you will need to set targets and relay targets to the team as well and monitor performance.
