An exciting opportunity has arisen for a field based HR Business Partner to join our growing team.
Working on a National basis, you will support functional leaders in developing capability through people and policies, in compliance with HR good practice, company policy and legislation.
You will provide leadership coaching and development, support managers in local case management, represent functional areas in national/global people initiatives, lead defined national HR projects/initiatives, and collaborate with other HR services to deliver service excellence.
With a passion for people and getting results, you will be resilient and self motivated, have excellent time management and relationship building skills, coupled with the ability to manage a diverse workload and take full responsibility for projects.
A minimum Level 5 CIPD qualified or qualified by experience, you will have demonstrable experience gained within a similar role, and though not essential, will ideally have worked within a distribution, engineering, manufacturing or logistics environment.
