An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Analyst to join our UK Information Systems department, based in our Wythenshawe offices on a permanent basis.
As Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for the support of Business critical applications for Brammer, Buck & Hickman’s estate, primarily ERP (Kerridge Rev7 and K8) and CRM systems (MS Dynamics).
In this role you will provide 2nd and 3rd line support to users with queries relating to any application, providing solutions where possible and ensuring continuous improvement methods are put in place to prevent further issues occurring.
Working, or having worked in a similar role previously, you will be someone who is very analytical and who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, combined with an excellent all-round technical understanding of business applications.
Our estate consists of multiple types of applications on different platforms, from legacy technologies to newer/emerging technologies, and so someone with all-round knowledge of applications would suit this role.
Any experience of supporting Oracle and SQL Server-based applications would be advantageous, as would any exposure/understanding of SOAP Services or other information exchange methods. Knowledge of Unix would also be beneficial.
