We are looking for someone to join our Customer Services team here at Aga Rangemaster in Long Eaton to cover for Maternity Leave (up to 12 months FTC)


This role focuses on achieving first class standards of customer service whilst retaining and expanding Aga Rangemaster’s customer and consumer base by the provision of excellent customer service.


You will be looking after AGA orders from our Distributors/Retailers whose customers want to purchase an AGA, to help them through the process from order to delivery.


To also assist the teams who look after our Rangemaster Cookers and Leisure/Rangemaster Sinks, Trade Orders.


You must have excellent customer care skills, be able to cope under pressure and adapt and work effectively as part of a team in a changing environment. Your day will be very varied and you will need good attention to detail and have the ability to:

  • Provide excellent advice and guidance on the complete AGA Rangemaster product range.
  • Use our systems effectively to satisfy customer orders and enquiries with a high level of accuracy.
  • Solve problems, both internally and externally, using your initiative to produce win situations.

Full training on products and systems will be provided as part of the induction process.

The working hours 37 per week and are covered by a 2 week shift pattern:  

  • 08:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8:00am – 1:00pm
  • 09:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Thursday, Friday 09:00 – 4:30pm
