Dwell is a highly exciting brand offering our discerning customers a fantastic range (well we think so) of contemporary, unique in-house designed furniture alongside a wide range of funky home accessories.
We are and have always been an omni-channel retailer operating a dynamic real time web site, accounting for 25% of our sales, which also supports our growing number of stores, currently 34 and more on the way! Being truly omni-channel, we also publish an 80 page catalogue which is mailed regularly helping drive customers to both our website and stores.
We now have a hugely exciting opportunity for an experienced E-commerce Manager to join as part of our small but dynamic Marketing team. You would be based in our head office at trendy London Bridge so loads of places for lunch!
The role reports directly to the company directors and you would be responsible for a broad remit covering all day-to-day management of the website, management of our web developer, web content, email marketing, SEO, managing our PPC and affiliates agency as well as our Social Media channels. Keeping an eye on the online world you would also be expected to suggest how we can improve our site and keep offer our customers an memorable experience each time they choose to shop online with us.
There is of course a competitive salary of £40k+ based on experience as well as benefits such as a 30% group discount, childcare voucher, and cycle scheme.
