The stores are supported by a small team of highly experienced Customer Service Advisors whose sole aim is to ensure that the customer gets the help they need if things go wrong.
Due to the continued growth and development of our iconic furniture brand we are recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor based in our custom built Distribution Centre in Ridgmont, Bedford which also houses the CC Department in a busy, fast paced environment.
As a Customer Care Advisor you will be confident in communicating over the phone and able to keep calm under pressure while ensuring that every customer contacting us is guided through the relevant process and given an exceptional customer services experience. Using your people and communication skills you will deal with issues such as payments, refunds, returns, deliveries and collections. You will share our enthusiasm, energy and passion for both our products and brand.
