Customer Stock Assistant – Banbury, 40 hours a week
This is a Customer Stock Assistant role with a TWIST!
At Dwell we provide our customers with the very best trendy, funky and design led furniture and home accessories in a unique and exciting store environment. Due to the continued growth and development of our iconic furniture brand we are recruiting for Customer Stock Assistant based within out Banbury store.
What does a Customer Stock Assistant at Dwell do?
As a Customer Stock Assistant you will tasked with ensuring our clearance stock is replenished on the shop floor as and when our furniture is sold. But here is the twist! There will be times when you will be meeting and greeting our customers on the shop floor along with assisting customers with their Dwell goods to their cars and who knows, you might even earn some commission! A Customer Stock Assistant is also responsible for unloading deliveries and ensuring the back of store warehouse is kept organised and secure.
What skills and experience do I need?
Due to the nature of this role we require our Customer Stock Assistant to be physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy furniture. Customer service would be required as this position will have some exposure to our customers. Other than that, all we ask is for fun, enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude to work, who isn’t afraid to get stuck in wherever they are needed within the store!
